How this codebase handles your workspace and its advertising sidebar.

Your projects

KitConstructor stores the working project in your browser’s local storage. It does not include an account service or cloud project storage. Exports download to your device. Published configuration links contain project data in their URL fragment; anyone with such a link can read that shared configuration.

The advertising sidebar

At desktop widths of 1280 pixels or more, the app can request advertising from PicPlayer’s shared ad manager. The integration sends the public application identifier kitconstructor, placement identifiers, consent information and ad-delivery events. It does not send the project name, component catalogue, geometry, canvas pixels or project files to the ad manager.

The browser still connects to the manager and, when an advertisement is selected, its separate creative origin. Those servers necessarily receive connection information such as an IP address. The shared SDK omits cookies from its manager requests and sets a no-referrer policy. Advertisements render in sandboxed frames, not inside the assembly canvas.

Your choices

The default is contextual-only advertising. Optional third-party networks require explicit permissions supplied by a publisher-provided consent platform. Use Ad choices in the sidebar or profile menu to open that platform, when configured, or reset this page to contextual-only mode. The SDK also restricts optional advertising when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

The built-in preferences dialog is not a consent-management platform and does not grant optional permissions. A site operator must connect its actual consent platform and publish the applicable provider details before enabling optional networks.

Offline use and external links

The service worker caches the application shell, not remote advertisements or ad decisions. The Network menu opens the configured sister applications in separate tabs; those destinations have their own privacy practices.

Deployment notice

This is a technical disclosure bundled with the source code, not a complete publisher privacy policy. The operator of a deployed site must add its identity, contact details, applicable retention periods, providers, rights information and any other required disclosures. No production publisher details were supplied with this update.
